Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk
¼ cup macadamia nuts
½ TBSP each of pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds
2 TBSP pre-baked quick oats or 2 TBSP pre-baked oat bran
1 TSP maca powder
3 pinches pink Himalayan salt
⅛ tsp each of star anise powder and cardamom powder
1 TBSP honey
¼ TSP molasses
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender jar and blend until smooth, about a minute in a powerful blender.
