Coconut-Macadamia Smoothie

Ingredients


  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • ¼ cup macadamia nuts

  • ½ TBSP each of pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds

  • 2 TBSP pre-baked quick oats or 2 TBSP pre-baked oat bran

  • 1 TSP maca powder

  • 3 pinches pink Himalayan salt

  • ⅛ tsp each of star anise powder and cardamom powder

  • 1 TBSP honey

  • ¼ TSP molasses


Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender jar and blend until smooth, about a minute in a powerful blender.
