

Ingredients
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1/4 Walnuts
1 TBSP chia seeds
1/2 TBSP each of sesame seeds, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds
2 TBSP toasted oat bran or toasted quick oats
⅛ tsp cardamom seed powder or ½ cardamom pod
3 pinches pink Himalayan salt
1 TBSP honey
1/4 tsp molasses (optional)
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy.
