
Ingredients:
¾ cup water
¼ cup pecans
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 TBSP each of:
Pumpkin seeds,
Sesame seeds
Flaxseeds
Sunflower Seeds
1 TBSP pre-baked oat bran
1 TBSP maple syrup (or other natural sweetener)
3 pinches pink Himalayan salt*
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
Notes:
If tripling the recipe, use ¼ tsp pink Himalayan salt.
